Vocational training
Objectives
OVERALL OBJECTIVE
Develop young people's access to employment, by improving the vocational training offer in favor of non-agricultural trades in rural areas, in close consultation with economic actors.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Improve the governance of the vocational training system;
Establish an effective and sustainable mechanism for financing vocational training;
Participate in the development and diversification of human, economic resources of rural areas and secondary towns;
Improve the access of young people to employment in the national territory;
To improve the provision of vocational training in rural non-agricultural occupations.
OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES
Develop and apply mechanisms and tools for better governance of vocational training;
Strengthen the engineering tools of vocational training
Develop and then adopt operational mechanisms for financing vocational training;
Build three CFMs in Bertoua (Ndong-Mbomé), Ndop and N'Gaoundéré (Mardock);
Equip the CFMs of Bertoua, Ndop and N'Gaoundéré;
Develop training frameworks (curricula);
Train 300 learners per year in initial training and continuing education.
