This component 3 of the project for the development of a sustainable vocational training system adapted to the needs of companies under the TRANSFAGRI Program will ensure a better start and a good operationalization of the MTCs, but also, in the long term, the consolidation and sustainability of the achievements of the C2D-Vocational Training projects as well as a significant increase in the performance of the entire national skills development system.
In this regard, activities aimed at improving the management and financing of the system will be major pillars of this component. This transitional phase, which is moving from the USCP of the CFM/CFPS projects to the coordination of all C2D-Vocational Training projects, will have to be supported by qualified and appropriate human resources, both at the level of the central and decentralized services of MINEFOP and the Program team, in order to meet the current requirements. Also, measures will be taken to ensure and develop the appropriate skills of the staff involved.
