Objectives

The coordination platform aims to strengthen the "ecosystem" promoted by TRANSFAGRI to all stakeholders in the sector by creating a framework for meetings and exchanges between managers or representatives of government programs working on the theme and benefiting or not from support from C2D and AFD.
In this capacity, it is in charge of :

• To identify all the support mechanisms in favor of private initiatives by capitalizing on the analyses and research already carried out, particularly at the level of the Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises;
• Identify the constraints that certain programs face in their implementation, in order to collectively consider solutions;
• To identify the constraints limiting the development of SMEs in the agricultural and agri-food sector, and to propose solutions aimed at removing these constraints;
• To propose a critical path or bridges between the programs in favor of the accompanied companies;
• To promote the complementarity of existing programs within the framework of the development of the sectors and/or the beneficiary companies
• Ensure that the monitoring and evaluation mechanisms of existing programs are strengthened to ensure that the overall economic objectives are achieved;
• To strengthen the communication and knowledge of initiatives to produce studies and their objectives;
• To ensure coordination in the programming related to the production of studies as well as economic and technical analyses in order to improve their sharing and dissemination;
• To feed, thanks to the exchange and centralization of information, the strategic reflections on the program during the high level meetings;
• To ensure the facilitation for SMEs of a "TRANSFAGRI path" allowing their evolution;
