This component of the TRANSFAGRI program responds to the request of the Ministry of Finance, which considers financial inclusion to be one of the Government's key priorities in order to support the implementation of the National Strategy for Inclusive Finance within the framework of the 3rd C2D, in line with the approach "valorization and transformation of agricultural and agri-food products". It is in line with the logic of ongoing interventions, particularly in favor of rural development. Through this component, the Government has chosen to meet the challenges of improving access to financing for businesses in rural areas and agri-food value chains, in accordance with the guidelines of the Growth and Employment Strategy Paper (GESP).
