Innovative financial products and services tailored to the needs of MSMEs in rural agribusiness value chains are developed by partner financial institutions;
Innovative financing mechanisms are operationalized and deployed within partner financial institutions and allow effective access of MSMEs in agri-food value chains to financial products and services adapted to their needs;
A diagnosis of the social and client protection performance in relation to universal standards is made and a roadmap of actions to improve the situation is established;
Universal standards of social performance and customer protection are implemented by the partner FIs;
The CNC's tools and capacities are strengthened to promote the deployment of tools and to support MFEs in the effective transmission of reliable and regular information;
An inventory of financial education in Cameroon is conducted and a roadmap of priority actions in favor of financial education for MINFI is adopted;
The project management, monitoring-evaluation and capitalization tools of the TRANSFAGRI Program are developed and used by the Implementation Unit of the PA-SNFI (possible complements to the administrative and financial procedures manual provided by the TRANSFAGRI Program, budget tools, etc.)
A monitoring-evaluation system for the SNFI, data collection and analysis tools are developed and the skills of the staff of the PA-SNFI Implementation Unit are strengthened in monitoring-evaluation.
