The objective of this sub-component 3 is to mobilize and remunerate the human, material and financial resources necessary for the realization of the component's activities in terms of current operations and communication;
Priority areas of intervention
Personnel expenses (salaries and employer's contributions, mission expenses, gratuities and health insurance);
Acquisition of office supplies
Payment of water, electricity and telephone expenses;
Purchase of fuel, lubricants and tolls;
Maintenance and other insurance ;
Take charge of the expenses of preparation, contracting and follow-up of the execution of the activities;
Support for the mobilization of financial resources and partnerships in strategic areas of activity
