Strengthening the institutional capacities of the APME and supporting the development of CA-SMEs
The objective of this component is to provide APME with the key resources to succeed in its strategic positioning as a reference actor in the system (public policy instrument for the promotion of SMEs) of support for SMEs in general and PMEA in particular: (1) business skills, (2) development of SME-CAs, (3) support from external professionals with quality assurance of services, (4) mobilization of financial resources to boost a sector that is still largely dependent on public funds (State and TFP programs) and (5) monitoring-evaluation of field activities for effective management and efficient use of resources

Implementation of CA-SME and central services dedicated to the component

Acquisition of rolling stock ;
Human Resource Development in APME;
Development of a network of specialized local service providers;
Development of the monitoring and evaluation system for APME projects and programs;
Development of a network of specialized local service providers;
Support for the mobilization of financial resources and partnerships in strategic areas of activity
Support for the development of CA-SMEs (Installation, finalization and implementation of the local advisory support system in the basins including CFCEs)
